KBANK spam … and it doesn’t provide anyway to unsubscribe. Only “DO NOT REPLY to this message”.

And by the way, KBANK is still holding my 2,093.42 baht hostage - claiming the amount was on hold by a web shopping card purchase.

I cancelled that card a long time ago.
When asked (what is the transaction?), KBANK phone rep said she cannot look at the transaction. I’ll have to contact the openning branch.
However, a personnel at the openning branch also said that she cannot look at the transaction. I’ll have to contact call center.
If I close this saving account, the amount will still need to be put on hold — in case the merchant wants to cash in.

All that, I still don’t know the source of the transaction!!!

(Yes, I keep all the record and no record indicates the purchase amount of 2,093.42.)

K-Excellence is not that “excellent” after all.
